Your wind down time is the most powerful portion of your day. When you make the time before bed work for you, you set yourself up for great sleep which will then have a hugely positive effect on the next day ... imagine the cumulative power this could have in your life.

However, after working with thousands of people to improve their wind down time, I know it takes time to design and build helpful new evening time habits and identify what works best for you.

This is what inspired me to create the Wind Down Journal - a tool to aid your wind down success, incorporating all the elements I know to be instrumental in optimising your sleep.
